Shipping & Returns
1. Eligibility: Only products purchased directly from SP Healthcare & Services are eligible for exchange. Proof of purchase is required.

2. Exchange Period: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase to qualify for exchange.

5. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, contact us on 7045975709 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include this RMA number with your returned items.

6. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. SP Healthcare & Services will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a prompt exchange.
